Teresa and her husband Jamie reside in Independence, Missouri, where they have three adult children and three beautiful grandchildren. They used to attend church with us and previously owned a sign business in Blue Springs. Teresa is an avid runner who enjoys training for and participating in races throughout the Kansas City area. Additionally, Teresa and Jamie love kayaking and spending their summers at the lake with family and friends.

Paige has lived her entire life in a small town near the Kansas City area. She graduated from Odessa High School and went on to earn her Associates degree from Metropolitan Community College. In April 2022, Paige married her husband Nick, and they joyfully welcomed their first baby girl, Greenlee, in September 2024.
A true animal lover, Paige has a special affection for dogs and is the proud "mama" of two lovely labs, Cleatis and Remi. When she and Nick aren’t focused on family, they enjoy exploring the great outdoors, often spending their weekends camping and off-roading.
With over eight years of experience in our office, Paige focuses on auto insurance, home insurance, renters' insurance, and rental property insurance. Her love for the outdoors also makes her knowledgeable about boat insurance, ATV/UTV insurance, and travel trailer insurance. Additionally, Paige is licensed in life insurance and is committed to helping families protect themselves against the unexpected.

Linda Shipman

As Steve likes to say, Linda is his "first wife" or his "favorite wife," although, in reality, she is his only wife. Steve and Linda met in college, where Linda earned her degree in business administration. They’ve been married since 1974, so Linda has always been around and involved in the office. For most of those early years, Linda focused on raising their two children, but when their youngest went off to college, her career truly began.
While Linda is licensed to assist you with auto insurance and home insurance, her main role is Office Manager. She handles payroll, pays bills, manages supplies—essentially anything that isn’t directly related to insurance.
Since many of our customers are friends or have become friends of Linda's, she really enjoys seeing them when they visit the office and loves to help whenever she can. Please feel free to stop by or give us a call; we’re here to help make life go smoothly!

Rhyleigh Latzke

Rhyleigh has lived most of her life in the small town of Oak Grove, but her and her partner Braxton are making a new move to their first home in Independence in 2026. Rhyleigh and Braxton have been together since 2020, and they share a lovely dog together who became a part of their world in 2022. Rhyleigh has a special place in her heart for her "Furr Baby" Athena, who is a mix breed of pit, lab and terrier. If it were up to her, she would welcome 10 dogs into her home.
Rhyleigh graduated a year early through the Penn Foster program earning her High School diploma and she is now pursuing her associates degree at Metropolitan Community College. Rhyleigh has a passion for being able to help others. Rhyleigh is newer to our office, however, has several years of customer service under her belt, she is happy to be part of a team that assists others in protecting themselves! Rhyleigh is ready to help your life go right and can’t wait to assist you with your auto insurance, renters’ insurance, or home insurance needs.
Aside from work, Rhyleigh enjoys spending time at The Lake of the Ozarks. Her family has a spot down there that she has been going to since 2009, so going to the lake has been a part of her summer routine for many years. Being able to spend time with her friends and family is a big part of what makes Rhyleigh who she is.

After high school, she went on to achieve her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing specialization from the University of Central Missouri. Courtney’s career since graduation has been heavily involved in customer service. She and her husband, Jake, have been married since March of 2014. They have 3 children, Neely, Nolan, and Noah, who keep them busy and blessed. Courtney is also a huge fan of her sweet golden retriever, Samson! Outside of work, Courtney thoroughly enjoys singing and spending time with her family.
