"What a great experience! Scott and his team’s caring, friendliness and knowledge of their services was above and beyond. Not only did I switch my auto policy but by bundling my house policy I can’t believe how much I’m saving…. And how much I had been over paying for the same coverage! He patiently went thru each area making sure we had accurate information on the house itself to get the most discounts and best coverage to protect my investment. I’ve been with American family for the past 5 years and can’t believe the lack of communication let alone customer service from my agent.
